The Salomon Shift Pro 100 W women's alpine touring ski boots combine a 100 flex with a versatile hybrid design for resort and backcountry skiing. A 100 mm last suits average-width, average-volume feet, while Custom Shell HD allows the shell to be heat-molded for a personalized fit.

From earning your turns to skiing the descent, the Surelock ski/walk mechanism makes transitions straightforward. Fiberglass Core-Frame construction and a supportive polyamide spine help deliver power and stability when it's time to head downhill.

Fit and flex

• 100 mm last: Balanced fit for average-width and average-volume feet.
• Custom Shell HD: Heat-moldable shell for a closer, personalized fit, with forefoot expansion up to approximately 106 mm.
• 100 flex: Responsive yet approachable support for varied terrain.

Liner

• Heat-moldable liner: Personalized comfort and foothold.
• Walk function: Supports mobility when touring.

Shell and cuff materials

• Shell: Polyurethane with fiberglass Core-Frame and Sensifit insert.
• Cuff: Polyolefin with a supportive polyamide spine.
• Core-Frame construction: Reinforces the thinner-walled shell for energy transfer and terrain feedback.

Ski/walk mode

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days, with express options available at checkout if you need your gear faster.

Orders over $200 ship free within the continental U.S. We currently do not offer international shipping, only domestic.

Oversized Items: Skis are considered oversized items and may incur additional shipping surcharges due to their length and packaging requirements. These surcharges will be reflected at checkout.

In-Store Pickup: Free in-store pickup is available at our shop. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your gear's journey to your door. Please note some items may require additional shipping charges, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

We want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exclusions: Custom fitted ski boots, custom insoles, mounted skis and clearance items are final sale. Boots that have been worn, heat-molded or modified are not returnable.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. For gifts and holiday purchases made in December, returns will be accepted until January 15.
