Uli Seiler Ski Shop is currently accepting applications for fall and winter employment and we are happy to begin interviewing this spring.

We are interested in connecting with enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are eager to work in a high-level ski service environment. Responsibilities may include assisting at the service desk, evaluating customer equipment, recommending appropriate services and working with advanced tuning and diagnostic tools such as our Wintersteiger Safetronic ski testing system.

Previous experience is valued but not required, we are committed to training the right candidates, including those new to ski testing and service, who demonstrate strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for skiing.

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to join us for the upcoming season. This is a great opportunity for students and young skiers who enjoy working with people and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced ski shop environment.

In this role, you’ll assist families with seasonal and short-term ski and boot fittings, support customers at the register and checkout, and help with accessories and apparel sales. You’ll also assist with end-of-day closing procedures while helping maintain a clean, organized and welcoming shop environment.

Additionally, you’ll support our boot fitters with day-to-day tasks, answer phones and assist with customer inquiries, and help troubleshoot basic equipment or service questions. You’ll also play a role in fall inventory intake and organization.

Shirts and ties not required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn :)

No prior experience is required, we’re happy to train the right candidates who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
