Shipping policy

We work hard to get your gear to you quickly and safely so you can spend more time on the mountain. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days, with express options available at checkout if you need your gear faster.

Orders over $200 ship free within the continental U.S. We currently do not to offer international shipping, only domestic.

Oversized Items Skis are considered oversized items and may incur additional shipping surcharges due to their length and packaging requirements. These surcharges will be reflected at checkout.

In-Store Pickup Free in-store pickup is available at our shop. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your gear’s journey to your door. Please note some items may may require additional shipping charges, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
